HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! okay now that that's out of the way. I released a total of 31 books this year, So I have 120 left and I don't think I'll have to worry about getting more books for next year, we shall see.

New Element

So this year for the release, I'm adding a new element. Last year I had a letter typed up and by the books, this year I shrunk that same letter made it for one book instead of multiple, and printing it on a 2" x 4" label to be put in the front of the book near the label with the BCID. We shall see if this gets more hits then before. I'll probably still put the other letter out near the books. I also think I'll see if I can't put a sign in the yard that says something about free books...Each year I improve and revamp the system. But anyways here's the letter:

I’m a very special book. I hope I’ve found new friend in you. I’m just a newbie in the bookcrossing world, so my journey has only just begun, so help me further my journey.
Here’s all you have to do:
Go to www.bookcrossing.com and enter my BCID number which can be found on inside of my front cover. There’s no need to become a member to journal that you have me, you can do it anonymously (though if you like the idea I suggest becoming a member to release more of my friends). Read me, and then release me so other kids can enjoy my story, if you like me so much and wish to keep me, you can do that too. Any information that is given to the bookcrossing community stays in the community. Just think, you can even get books from across the ocean (trading is for members only.)

Hello All

I don't know how many of you are fimilar with Bookcrossing. It's the releasing of books into the wild for others to find and enjoy. A few years ago, I became MysticPumpkin. But it was only 2 years ago in 2006 tht I decided to release the books at Halloween time. So most of the books on my shelf are geared towards kids. I hope to keep taps on books and more info of things on here. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
